Great location overlooking the Lake with a splendid view of the French Alps from the bedroom balcony and also the breakfast room. A comfortable room with all one needed and grewat value for money. Would certainly stay here again.

If you are trying to visit Lausanne, Montreux, or Morges, do not stay at this motel. It is very out of the way and it is difficult to get to the center city. There are no stores around at all and we had a really hard time finding it the 1st place. I know you might have to spend more to stay closer to the city, but trust me, it's worth it. Otherwise, it is clean.

The room had a small balcony with a beautiful view over the lake. The motel provides the card for public transport for free, which is quite important, since it is somewhat displaced from the center of Lausanne.

The facilities were somewhat older, with a small bathroom.

Good place to stay for a night during the traveling through the Lake of Geneva area. The free Internet access in every rooms was nice.

We met a cockroach in the bathroom.

Very friendly and nice personnel. Clean rooms with balcon, and good localization for car owners. It is also close to the metro, so you can access city centre easily. Free WiFi was also a plus. Hotel is located very close to the beautiful lake - just a few minutes of walking.

Switzerland is in general expensive, so prize of the hotel is no wonder. Breakfasts are very continental (= modest) - bread and selections of jams. Very basic equipment to the rooms.

We liekd the location near to public transport, as we came to visit Lausanne. Enjoyed the quietness an discretion an the lake view.

We had a problem with our fridge, I told the receptionist about it and later in the afternoon as we came back, it was already fixed! We also find it very convenient to have the car parked right outside the room.

Yes, as so many other motels and hotels, it is not very well insulated and we could everything going on with the neighbors.

There was a strong cigarette odor in the room that made it very difficult for me to sleep. No tea service in the room which is expected.

Front office staff "Yoda" the day we arrived was fantastic, "Yoda" helped us with everything. We spoke very little french but she spoke english and made us feel like king and queen. She showed us where everything was on the maps and explained how we could us public transportation for "free". We took the train into town, enjoyed lunch and walked and shopped and then took the train into Ouchy. Then we took the bus back that dropped us off in front of the hotel. We were given the nicest room on the end with a sitting room. The bed was nice. The bathroom clean and nice. There was a nice private smoking patio off our back porch. Good parking, easy access. Good breakfast.

We would like hard boiled eggs available at breakfast then Breakfast would have been Excellent instead of just Good.

Location near epfl and lake

As I stayed there as a student of UNIL I found the location very convenient

Calm area, very near to Leman lake, just five minutes walk. Staff were nice and very co-operative. Clean rooms and good facilities.

Far from the city center. relatively small rooms.

Price compared to other choices.

Lack of facilities to make tea or coffee and have small meals.
